My role is to walk alongside you, providing a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions while uncovering your strength and resilience. Together, we’ll create a path toward a calmer mind, a clearer direction, and a life that feels more like your own.

My Background

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida and an EMDRIA-Approved EMDR therapist.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of Florida (Go Gators), followed by my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Troy University.

Before opening my own practice, I worked in a group practice setting where I had the privilege of helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and significant life transitions. This experience strengthened my clinical skills and my passion for creating a safe, supportive space where every client can heal and grow.

My Approach

My approach to therapy is collaborative and deeply personalized. I integrate evidence-based techniques such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, and ACT, allowing us to address both the root causes of your struggles and the practical tools you need for everyday life.

Whether we’re processing painful memories, building coping strategies, or finding clarity during times of change, my goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and understood every step of the way.

I work with adults of all backgrounds who are ready to take meaningful steps toward change. Whether you choose virtual therapy from anywhere in Florida or in-person sessions at my Sarasota office, you’ll find a compassionate, judgment-free space to explore, heal, and grow.

Outside of therapy, you’ll usually find me enjoying a quiet moment with my two cats, practicing Pilates or yoga, sipping a matcha, or spending time on the water. These are the things that bring me peace and balance, and they remind me of how important it is to slow down and take care of ourselves.

These practices help keep me grounded — values that I bring into my work as we create space for your healing journey. My hope is to help you find what keeps you anchored, so you can move through life feeling more balanced, supported, and connected to yourself.
